Refund or Exchange
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it’s returned in its original packaging (where possible) and in a fully resaleable condition.
To request a refund or exchange please contact us at info@rugandcarpetstudio.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 1787 882214 within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Your refund will be paid within 7 days of us receiving the goods back or if you wish to make an exchange, the item will be sent once the goods have been received. You are responsible for the cost of the return.
If you would like us to organise the return please call us on +44 (0) 1787 882214. A returns shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or exchange and we will notify you of this charge at the time of booking the collection. If the product returned is not in a fully resaleable condition, or is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct an amount from the original selling price which we believe in our reasonable opinion amounts to the level of damage caused. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Goods
We will organise and cover the cost of any returns and refund any delivery charges if the product is damaged upon arrival. Please contact us by email at info@rugandcarpetstudio.co.uk or call on +44 (0) 1787 882214. Before we can authorise a return we will need to see photographic evidence of any damage to the product.
We will refund the price of the product (and delivery charges, where applicable) or exchange the product once it’s been received by us. This refund will be within 7 days and can only be made to the original card of purchase.
